Buffalo Chicken Dip in the Crock Pot

It’s almost game day! The 2024 football season has begun! My family will be cheering on the Fighting Irish of Notre Dame, The Pitt Panthers, and of course, The Philadelphia Eagles. What am I serving up for the big game Friday night, Eagles vs. Green Bay, in Sao Paulo, Brazil? Buffalo Chicken Dip that I will prepare in the Crock Pot. I will serve with corn chips, celery and carrots, it’s a family favorite. It also makes for great Buffalo Chicken wraps, add shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes to your favorite wrap. Enjoy & Go Eagles!!

4 Cups cooked, shredded chicken breasts (I use pre-shredded rotisserie chicken)

8 Oz block of Philadelphia Cream Cheese (soft)

1.5 Cups shredded cheddar cheese

¾ Cup Buffalo sauce (we like FRANKS Red Hot)

½ Cup Ranch or Blue Cheese dressing (we like blue cheese)

Green onions and crumbled Blue Cheese for garnishing

Tortilla Chips, Carrots and Celery for dipping

Combined the cooked chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, buffalo sauce and dressing in the crock pot. Mix, cover and turn on low for 3-4 hours, until bubbly. I transfer it to a shallow bowl for easy dipping (and reheating) and garnish it with diced green onions and crumbled blue cheese! Serve with the chips, celery and carrots. Enjoy and Go Eagles!!
